Job Description

We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure AD B2C/Entra ID and Customer IAM. This role is hybrid with no travel required. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our applications and protecting customer identities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of application security measures.

Provide expertise in Azure AD B2C/Entra ID to secure customer identities.

Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for application security.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.

Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.

Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.

Implement and manage Customer IAM solutions to ensure secure access to applications.

Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.

Develop and maintain documentation for security policies procedures and incidents.

Stay updated with the latest security trends threats and technologies.

Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Ensure the security of sensitive data and protect against unauthorized access.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Azure AD B2C/Entra ID and its implementation.

Have experience with Customer IAM solutions and their integration.

Demonstrate expertise in conducting security assessments and audits.

Show proficiency in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.

Exhibit the ability to monitor and respond to security incidents effectively.

Display knowledge of the latest security trends and technologies.

Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Be able to provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Hold relevant certifications in application security or related fields.

Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.

Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Certifications Required

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) preferred.
