Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of quality standards.
  
• Provide product information, answer questions about products/services offered by the company.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal/written English proficiency.
  
• Proficiency in handling international outbound calling processes (if required).
