Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HCLS (Healthcare Life Sciences) Industry Marketer with 6-8 years of experience to lead our marketing initiatives The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies specific to healthcare IT services, along with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and establish our company as a thought leader in the healthcare technology space Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans tailored to the healthcare IT sector, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement Content Creation: Work with the in-house SMEs and Content Team to develop high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and marketing collateral that resonate with healthcare professionals and decision-makers Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media) to drive traffic and engagement while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations Market Research and Analysis: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to monitor campaign performance metrics using analytics tools; analyze results to optimize future marketing efforts and report on ROI Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools; provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts Collaboration: Work closely with sales, delivery, and inside sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives Compliance Adherence: Ensure all marketing practices comply with industry regulations and ethical standards relevant to healthcare marketing Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred 6-8 years of experience in B2B IT services marketing to Healthcare Life Sciences sector Geos: Experience in marketing for the US market is a must; Europe could be an added advantage Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive engagement and lead generation Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, PPC, social media advertising) Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences Must be able to travel to manage events, etc; Valid Passport is a must Experience in building lead generation and content marketing campaigns Knowledge of healthcare regulations (eg, HIPAA) and compliance issues related to marketing practices Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company A collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity
