Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our marketing objectives This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement in the B2B IT services sector Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and well-researched content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, social media, product descriptions, and website copy Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance, utilizing multiple sources SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices by conducting keyword research and optimizing content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency before publication; ensure adherence to brand guidelines Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to create compelling visuals and enhance the overall content strategy Content Management: Manage content updates on the company website using Content Management Systems (eg, WordPress) to keep information current and relevant Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools to assess engagement and effectiveness; suggest improvements based on data insights Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging topics to generate new content ideas that resonate with our target audience Bachelors degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field 3-5 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role within the B2B IT services sector Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of written pieces across different formats Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with SEO principles and experience using analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics) Experience in Healthcare, BFSI, and Shipping Logistics will be considered a plus Proficiency in Content Management Systems (eg, WordPress) and Microsoft Office tools Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience with content management systems (eg, WordPress) and GenAI content creation tools Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Experience in writing scripts for AV deliverables Familiarity with graphic design tools (eg, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating multimedia content is a plus (to make those last minute minor edits)
