Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for generating high-quality B2B leads through multiple channels, including Upwork, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
• Using Email Marketing, SEO, SMM, and digital marketing to generate Leads.
• Identify and engage potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by optimizing the sales funnel and maximizing conversion rates.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams, Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve their goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years in IT Marketing, business development, or lead generation with a focus on B2B markets
• Knowledge and expertise in SEO, SMM, Email Marketing.
• Proficiency in leveraging Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms for lead generation.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
• Proven expertise in managing client relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and optimize processes.
