Data Modeler - Erwin/ETL (10-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data models for banking and financial applications.

- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.

- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Erwin or Erwin Studio.

- Implement Dimensional Data Modeling techniques for Data Warehousing (DWH) & Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

- Optimize SQL queries and database structures for high-performance analytics.

- Design and implement data solutions on Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.

- Collaborate with data architects, ETL teams, and business analysts to support data governance and security.

- Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and data privacy standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- 10-14 years of experience in Data Modeling & Data Analysis.

- Strong expertise in Erwin OR Erwin Studio for data modeling & visualization.

- Deep understanding of Dimensional Modeling, Data Warehousing (DWH), and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Cloud for data management & analytics.

- Banking domain expertise is mandatory - experience in financial data models, transactions, risk analysis, etc..

- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data governance, and data security.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Cloud-based Data Platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or GCP BigQuery).

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases & Big Data technologies.

- Hands-on experience with metadata management & data lineage tools.
