Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a Kinaxis certification and 6+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in Kinaxis, be proficient in writing test scripts, and support various phases of project testing. The position involves working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, and supply planners to ensure successful implementations and resolve defects during the testing and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Analysis & User Stories :

- Understand and analyze user stories, ensuring their completeness for the next steps.

- Resolve defects and issues during test cycles and hyper-care phases, including incident/problem management.

Testing Support & Development :

- Develop and write test scripts for End-to-End (E2E) and UAT scenarios.

- Assist Business Analysts (BA) in writing and validating test scripts for correctness after sprint demonstrations.

Master Data Setup & Configuration Support :

- Identify and configure required master data in the Kinaxis tool.

- Assist Business SMEs in understanding the Kinaxis system configuration for user stories.

Defect Resolution & Troubleshooting :

- Collaborate with the Kinaxis technical team to resolve defects during E2E and UAT testing phases.

- Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with supply planners and propose technical solutions.

Regression Testing & Deployment Support :

- Perform regression testing on scenarios after any new version of software deployment.

- Identify critical cutover activities during the production cutover phase.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :

- Conduct UAT with business users to ensure the system meets the defined requirements and expectations.

Required Skills & Experience :

Kinaxis Certification :

- Kinaxis-certified with extensive experience in using the Kinaxis RapidResponse tool.

Experience :

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Kinaxis or related supply chain tools.

Testing Expertise :

- Strong experience in writing and validating test scripts for E2E and UAT.

- Experience with regression testing and identifying and resolving defects.

Master Data Management :

- Solid understanding of master data setup in Kinaxis and related supply chain configurations.

Collaboration & Communication Skills :

- Ability to work closely with business SMEs, technical teams, and supply planners to resolve issues and enhance system performance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
