EY - Informatica/MDM Developer (6-11 yrs)

Job Description :

- Experience with MDM tools and processes such as Informatica(preferred), Reltio, Semarchy or similar

- Being responsible for / direct the design, development, testing, and deployment of MDM objects including hierarchies, workflows, match & merge, survivorship rules, data import / export, batch processes, visualization, and user interface design

- Create & establish master data policies, strategies & programs to ensure data accuracy & completion

- Experience in handling multiple types of data ingestion (batch, real-time) with knowledge on SOAP/REST API

- Providing technical leadership in evaluating, prototyping, and evolving the MDM framework in relation to enterprise analytics

- Provides solution architecture to various projects in adherence to the overall MDM Strategy and Roadmap aligned with the DG Goals

- Works closely with the product team to build the master catalogue for domains like customer, products, vendor, material, etc.

- Defines, documents, and maintains the data quality rules for assigned Master Data elements

- Utilize third-party resources and cross functional teams to establish and maintain formal documentation of master data architecture/lineage, metadata dictionaries and business glossary

- Manage the processing of master data requests as well as performing MDM change request projects

- Proactively works with Master Data Process Domain Leads (data stewards) and other team members utilizing innovative and resourceful tactics to harmonize and streamline master data quality processes and controls across multiple domains

- Works with data Architects, engineers, and product owners to develop detailed technical architecture patterns for Master Data initiatives and system coherence

- Ability to analyse data structures & patterns using SQL and perform data profiling

- Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous and business challenges while working on multiple projects

- Should be able to build and maintain effective analytics and escalation mechanisms which detect poor data and drive resolution

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

Mandatory Skills :

- 3yrs + Hands-on experience on Informatica MDM Supplier 360 (preferred) or other leading MDM tools.

- Data Quality principles related to validation, enrichment, standardization

- Experience in handling multiple types of data ingestion (batch, real-time) with knowledge on SOAP/REST API

- Basic SQL knowledge
