we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with minimum 7+ years of experience in IT, specializing in Marketing Automation (MA) and MarTech platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other industry-leading platforms like Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot, and Adobe Campaign Classic. This role involves architecting, configuring, and deploying omnichannel campaigns, as well as implementing automation and advanced integrations to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Automation Implementation and Management :
- Configure and manage Marketing Automation platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Set up Business Units, SAP, Admin Configurations, and SSO (Salesforce, PingFederate).
Omnichannel Campaign Management :
- Support omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Build and execute automated campaigns and journeys using Automation Studio.
Platform Expertise :
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds using Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Manage assets migration between Dev and Prod instances using Package Manager.
- Configure Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio, Ad Studio, and Datorama for enhanced campaign performance.
Data Management & Personalization :
- Write and execute SQL queries to segment data from multiple sources for personalized campaigns.
- Build custom lead scoring models and create lifecycle campaigns for lead nurturing.
Development & Automation :
- Create dynamic and personalized Cloud Pages using AMP Script and SSJS.
- Automate processes for release management and other recurring tasks.
Testing and Governance :
- Develop UAT test cases and scenarios for campaign validation.
- Create and manage system migration workbooks and governance documentation.
API Integrations and Scripting :
- Utilize REST and SOAP APIs for advanced integrations.
- Write scripts in JavaScript, AMP Script, and SSJS for custom solutions.
Center of Excellence (CoE) Support :
- Create proofs of concept (PoC) for new implementations and provide proposals for client needs.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Experience : Minimum 7+ years of IT experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot, and Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Automation Knowledge : Proficiency in Automation Studio and lifecycle campaign development.
- Development Skills : Proficient in AMP Script, SSJS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Integration Skills : Expertise in integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
- Campaign Management : Deep understanding of omnichannel campaigns, lead scoring, and multi-channel strategies.
- Certifications : Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
- Soft Skills : Strong research, evaluation, and system architecture skills to meet dynamic business requirements.
Preferred Attributes :
- Experience with Ad Studio, Interaction Studio, and Datorama.
- Proven ability to work in a Center of Excellence model.
- Knowledge of governance and migration best practices.
