Job Description :
- A deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its core components like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more.
- Configuration and customization of Salesforce, including user management, profiles, roles, security settings, workflows, and validation rules.
- Developing custom applications and integrations using Apex, Salesforce's proprietary programming language.
- Creating custom user interfaces using Visualforce, a framework for building web pages within Salesforce.
- Building modern, reusable components for Salesforce using web standards like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Querying and searching data within Salesforce using these powerful query languages.
- Importing and exporting data, as well as integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and connectors.
- A solid understanding of Salesforce's core functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Using debugging tools and logs to diagnose and fix problems.
- Clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Creating detailed documentation and knowledge base articles.
