Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead to join our team and drive innovative marketing technology solutions. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SFMC, strong technical skills, and extensive experience in configuring, integrating, and optimizing SFMC for cross-channel marketing.

This role demands a mix of hands-on marketing automation expertise, technical proficiency, and effective project management to support clients in maximizing their marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across Email, SMS, WhatsApp,

Push notifications, and custom dashboards.

- Execute strategies incorporating Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud, and

Datorama.

- Develop, automate, and optimize marketing journeys, ensuring efficient workflows.

- Configure SFMC modules, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact and Audience

Builders, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Einstein features.

- Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, HTML, and CSS for dynamic and responsive email

experiences.

- Utilize APIs to trigger campaigns and integrate third-party tools seamlessly.

- Support production, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system

stability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding clients in SFMC implementation and best

practices.

- Translate client needs into functional specifications and project plans.

- Conduct discovery calls, proof of concepts (POCs), and solutioning sessions with clients to

understand business goals and design effective solutions.

- Oversee project timelines, delivering regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring project

success.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering guidance on campaign planning and

addressing complex scenarios.

- Provide ongoing support to internal delivery teams, conducting knowledge transfer (KT)

sessions and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Preferred Certifications (not all are required) :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and

integration.

- Strong client-facing skills with a history of conducting discovery sessions, delivering POCs,

and solutioning.

- Technical expertise in SFMC and familiarity with Salesforce CRM, MarTech, and AdTech

solutions.

- Experience in the automotive and retail sector is advantageous.

- Background in Agile project management and effective facilitation skills.

- Knowledge of Marketing Automation Data Governance, Security, and Compliance best

practices.

Location : Pune, with occasional travel to client site as required.
