Business Development Representative

• Business development representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through provided data, nurturing relationships, and converting them into hot leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects from the provided database.
• Effectively communicate and build rapport with potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and present relevant offerings.
• Convert initial interest into qualified leads for the business.
• Maintain and update call records and lead statuses.
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer engagement or telecalling is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
