Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager to oversee and manage the merchandise accounts of creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, promoting merchandise, and ensuring seamless logistics from production to delivery. You will collaborate with creators, marketing teams, and logistics partners to enhance the visibility of merchandise and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creator merchandise accounts, ensuring optimal performance and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with creators to develop and execute promotional strategies for merchandise.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote merchandise and drive sales.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including inventory management, shipping, and delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports to both internal teams and creators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with creators to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and collaborations to enhance visibility.
  • Ensure all logistics, from production to delivery, are handled efficiently and on time.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or e-commerce, preferably in the merchandise or creator space.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-orientated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
