Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
- Own and drive sponsorship revenue by partnering with brands for innovative digital and offline integrations on Swiggy's platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to package unique advertising and sponsorship opportunities for brands.
Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners, ensuring high responsiveness and service standards.
- Spend significant time meeting with clients to understand their needs and pitch tailored solutions.
Event Sponsorships & Alcoholic Industry Partnerships (Bonus):
- Leverage prior experience, if applicable, in securing sponsorships for events or working with brands in the alcoholic beverage industry.
- Identify and create strategic synergies with these sectors to unlock additional revenue streams.
Dynamic Environment & Ideation:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment by generating fresh ideas and innovative strategies for brand partnerships.
- Take ownership of end-to-end sponsorship processes, from ideation to execution and follow-up.
What We Are Looking For:
Ownership:
- A self-starter with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Proactively manages multiple projects with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional results.
Client-Centric Approach:
- 1000% responsiveness to brand needs, ensuring a seamless experience from pitch to execution.
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and provide creative solutions.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or a similar revenue-focused role.
- Prior exposure to the alcoholic beverage industry or event sponsorships is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Skills & Personality:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to ideate quickly, adapt to change, and excel in a dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Location: Mumbai-based role
- Will require frequent travel within the city to meet with brands and partners.
