Handle client queries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer retention.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for additional sales.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, tracking performance against sales targets and KPIs.
