Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven sales representative to join our team.

As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and converting them into loyal customers.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a great communicator, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service..

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, closing deals and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Whether you are an experienced sales professional or just starting your career, we are looking for individuals who are eager to succeed, learn and grow..

Key Responsibilities.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking and referrals..

Conduct compelling product presentations and demos, tailoring the pitch to meet the specific needs of each prospect..

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their trusted advisor and solution provider..

Manage your sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals..

Work closely with prospects to understand their needs, negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets..

Provide post-sale support, address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and repeat business..

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure a seamless experience for the customer..

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and the competitive landscape to effectively position our products or services..

Track and report on sales performance, maintaining accurate records of activities, opportunities, and outcomes, while providing regular updates on sales forecasts and progress..

Note.

Working days:Monday to Saturday.

Timings:10 AM to 7 PM.

Work from the office:Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Work from home:Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
