Overview:.
- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales / VP to lead our domestic IT staffing division.
- This executive role is focused on driving business growth by identifying and securing new Systems Integrators (SI) and End clients across various industries.
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales leadership, strategic planning, and relationship building, with deep expertise in the domestic IT staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:.
Strategic Leadership:.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Set clear sales targets and establish KPIs to ensure team success.
- Identify and secure new SI and end-client relationships across all industries.
- Lead high-level negotiations and foster long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Oversee and support the sales team in building robust client relationships.
- Mentor and manage the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance and training to optimize performance and productivity.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Utilize market data to identify emerging opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- Proven leadership experience with 10+ years in sales or business development, specifically in the US/domestic IT staffing sector.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing SI and end-client accounts.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience managing and motivating high-performance sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
