Digital Marketing Manager- Career Launcher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience in the education industry to lead our online marketing efforts. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive student leads and enrolments, brand awareness, and engagement across Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to generate high-quality student inquiries.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and ROI.
• Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
• Manage campaign costing and overall P&L.

2. Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing

• Develop personalized email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage students.
• Help the team to make a strategy for SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to send application reminders, event invitations, and course updates.
• Track open rates, CTR, and conversions to optimize performance.

3. Website & Landing Page Optimization

• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and high-converting landing pages.
• Improve page load speed, user experience (UX), and CTA placements.

4. Events & Webinar Promotions

• Plan and promote virtual and offline events like open houses and admission webinars, wherever required
• Track registrations and engagement to measure success.

7. CRM & Marketing Automation

• Manage lead nurturing through CRM tools like Salesforce, Meritto, and Extradge.
• Automate follow-ups for inquiries, applications, and admissions.

8. Reporting, Analytics and Cross-functional Team Coordination

• Prepare biweekly and monthly performance reports with insights on ad spend, lead conversion, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with different cross-functional teams- like tech, design, client servicing for campaign delivery and requirements.
