Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing efforts for the Eagle Group of Companies. This role will play a crucial part in driving the online growth of our e-commerce brands, including Eagle Solar Supply, Eagle Bath Supply, and Eagle Furniture Supply.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across all digital marketing channels, adept at data analysis, and passionate about delivering measurable results. This is a remote position with a flexible 4-day work week, offering a perfect balance between professional growth and work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
   
• Design and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.
• Identify key customer segments and tailor campaigns to meet their needs.
2. Campaign Management:
   
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
3. SEO & Content Marketing:
   
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, keyword-optimized content.
4. Performance Analytics:
   
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
5. E-Commerce Optimization:
   
• Manage and enhance Shopify stores to improve user experience and conversions.
• Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to increase sales.
6. Team Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with graphic designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
• Lead a small team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with external vendors when needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Shopify platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
