Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM & Digital Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience in the education industry to manage and optimize CRM-driven marketing initiatives and digital lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing CRM & marketing automation to drive student inquiries and enrolments. The role requires expertise in CRM tools, email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing and analytics along with hands-on
experience in reporting and team collaboration.
CRM & Marketing Automation:
• Manage end-to-end CRM processes for lead capture, segmentation, and engagement.
• Create automated lead nurturing workflows & drip campaigns for inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
• Ensure seamless CRM integration with paid marketing channels and sales teams.
LMS (Calling Team) Collaboration:
• Work closely with the LMS (Calling) team and client managers to understand lead flow and improve communication strategies.
• Develop insights from call center feedback to refine lead nurturing and outreach strategies.
Reporting & Data-Driven Optimization:
• Analyze lead funnel performance, email/SMS engagement, and campaign ROI using CRM tools.
• Generate detailed weekly/monthly reports on lead movement and marketing effectiveness.
Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing:
• Develop personalized email & SMS campaigns to engage leads at different stages.
• Implement WhatsApp automation for application reminders and student support.
• Monitor open rates, CTR, response rates, and conversion metrics to improve engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization
• Work with tech, design, and content teams to implement CRM and marketing automation strategies.
• Align marketing efforts with calling teams to improve lead conversions.
• Provide insights to senior management on campaign performance and CRM efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, lead nurturing, and digital performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in email/SMS/WhatsApp automation and CRM-driven marketing campaigns.
• Experience with higher education marketing (Universities, MBA, B.Tech, UG, EdTech) is a plus.
