Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries and requests.
• Develop a deep understanding of the clients business needs and logistics requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction, resolve any issues, and identify areas for service improvement.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion within key accounts and actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure smooth execution.
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements to drive profitability.
