Key Account Manager (Foreign & Diplomatic Clients)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with foreign and diplomatic clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and effectively.

Needs Assessment and Solution Design:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' tax compliance, planning, and advisory needs.
• Collaborate with internal tax experts to design tailored tax solutions that meet the unique requirements of foreign and diplomatic clients.

Account Growth and Retention:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor account health proactively, addressing potential issues to ensure client retention and long-term satisfaction.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the tax consulting team to ensure seamless delivery of services to foreign and diplomatic clients.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all services meet relevant regulations and standards.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on key account performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine service offerings and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in any field (masters degree is a plus).
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Other Requirements:
• Must own a 4-wheeler vehicle and be willing to travel for client meetings and relationship-building activities.
