- Contract review & delivery compliances
- Knowledge of various type of cement products
- Conversant with customer grievance redressal process & effectiveness
- Budget management
- Experience in Planning and Organization, development of marketing & sales teams, design & implementation of successful marketing strategies.
- Knowledge & Experience in exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes through Trade & Non Trade Sales.
- Knowledge of ERP system preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of CRM application.
- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO systems - Quality, Environment and Safety & Health) including API systems - API Q1 Standard, BIS products standards and specification.
