Country Manager - SaaS (10-20 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic Country Head to drive business expansion and sales growth in the Philippines, Vietnam, or Indonesia. This position focuses on strategic business development and market leadership. The role is open to both local candidates and expats; however, fluency in the respective local language is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Lead business expansion, sales initiatives, and strategic partnerships within the target market (Philippines, Vietnam, or Indonesia).

- Develop and implement market-entry strategies aligned with overall company objectives.

- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in fintech and digital ecosystems.

- Spearhead business development activities to drive customer acquisition and revenue generation.

- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment of goals and operational efficiency.

- Oversee the establishment and growth of local operations, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.

- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events to build brand visibility and market leadership.

- Preferred Skills Experience working with API-first fintech or SaaS platforms.

- Strong network in the fintech industry in the SE Asia.
