1. Talent Acquisition - Ensure timely availability of quality talent to meet business demand. Ensure quality interviewing processes and other best practices are adopted to bring quality candidates
2. Performance & Talent Management Management - Implement modern strategies of PMS. Work with management to identify and develop high potential employees for leadership roles within the unit. Create succession plans to ensure continuity. Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations. Enhance HR strategies and initiatives
3. Learning & Development - Training and Development Succession readiness Skills improvement of Workforce
4. Employee Engagement - Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that enhance morale, motivation, and productivity analysis Engagement survey results and take action to address areas of improvement Employee Engagement. Managing grievances & employee satisfaction
5. HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations. Conduct regular audits and give guidance on compliance matters. Manage the HR budget for the business unit, ensuring cost-effective HR operations and resource allocation.

- PGDM/MBA - HR
- 18-28 Years of overall Experience with 10+ years of leadership role
