Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance our market position.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
3. Brand Management: Develop and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
4. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
5. Content Creation: Develop and manage the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers.
6. Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, including conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
8. Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
9. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
10. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive marketing innovation.
Requirements
1. Education: MBA in Marketing or related field.
2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.
4. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
5. Experience with budget management and ROI analysis.
4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the BPO industry and its marketing challenges.
