Area Legal Manager - Vehicle Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for vehicle finance operations
• Handling RBI and BO complaints, Police complaints, Civil Suits filed against organization.
• Oversee debt recovery processes, including litigation and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and optimize collections outcomes.
• Develop and implement effective legal policies and procedures for the organization.
• Manage legal documentation, including loan agreements, mortgages, and other relevant documents.

Requirement :

• 4+ years experience in NBFC Sector
• Team handling experience
• LLB Graduation
