Job Description

We are looking for an LLB fresher to join our team and provide legal support to collection agents handling Non-Performing Assets (NPA). In this role, you will work alongside our collection team to ensure effective and legally compliant recovery of overdue debts through door-to-door collection efforts. Your primary focus will be on assisting with the execution of recovery strategies, guiding collection agents on legal procedures, and helping ensure smooth interaction with debtors while adhering to all legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Support collection agents during door-to-door visits to recover NPA from defaulters.
Provide legal advice and guidance on recovery tactics, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in the negotiation and settlement discussions with debtors, ensuring legal procedures are followed.
Conduct site visits with collection agents to assess the situation and identify opportunities for resolution.
Assist in handling escalations or disputes that may arise during the collection process.
Monitor and ensure that all recovery actions are compliant with relevant debt recovery laws and regulations.
Maintain close communication with the collection team to track progress and provide legal insights as needed.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate with an LLB degree.
Understanding of laws related to debt recovery and NPA.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LLB graduate to gain hands-on experience in legal aspects of NPA collections and develop practical skills in debt recovery management.
