- Monitor and manage the performance of the recovery team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Ensure timely and efficient recovery of overdue accounts.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the recovery team to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with debt recovery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Customer Relations:
- Handle escalated cases and negotiate repayment plans with customers.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring debt recovery.
- Resolve disputes and issues related to overdue accounts.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on recovery performance and present findings to senior management.
- Analyze recovery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement changes based on analysis to improve recovery rates.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Finance, Legal, and Customer Service, to support recovery efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and legal representatives when necessary .
