Job Description
Role :Portfolio Collection Manager Wheels
Location: Ujjain, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Sagar, Narmadapuram
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Portfolio performance of Collection team.
- Monitor review the activities of collection teams for the achivement of collection targets.
- Ensure adherence to collection process in region i.e. cases allocation, tracking, monitoring cash depostiontion.
- Analyzing the Data & Implementing different collections strategies .
- Should be able to inspire and motivate team for next level growth and provide trainings on regular basis.
Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Collection from Banking Industry or BFSI
