Area Collection Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding receivables from customers across assigned areas.
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of debts through effective communication with customers.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and increase recoveries.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies.
  
• Analyze performance metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and TAT (Turnaround Time) to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Debt Collection/Recovery/Field Collections/Collections/Debt Management Services industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of local language(s) spoken in the region where assigned.
  
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding collection targets.
