Lead - Pumping & STP

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications in pumping system maintenance and sewage treatment operations are desirable.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in pumping system maintenance and sewage treatment plant operations.
• Demonstrated experience in the aviation industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of pumping systems and sewage treatment plants at aviation facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and efficiency of pumping and STP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related challenges and optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to pumping and STP operations.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in pumping and STP maintenance.
• Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and budget proposals for management review.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in pumping and STP maintenance.
• Make sure to maintain the value of PH, MLSS, turbidity & chlorine residual within the acceptable limit.
• Make sure the healthiness of all pumps & motors which was installed in the STP like filter feed pumps, cutter pumps, transfer pumps, garden pumps, air blowers & hydro pneumatic pump & UF system.
• Perform all work in conformance to Occupational Safety and Health Act regulations and CPCB norms.
• Monitoring of 5s/Kaizen in workplace.
