Airside Civil Shift Engineer

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience;

• 6-10 years of experience in airside civil maintenance within the aviation industry

• Perform regular inspections of airside infrastructure including runways, taxiways, aprons, and other related facilities
• Plan and execute maintenance activities to ensure the structural integrity and safety of airside facilities
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any structural or operational issues promptly
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards for airside maintenance
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support airport operations and minimize disruptions
• Conduct regular risk assessments and contribute to the development of preventive maintenance strategies
• Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in airside civil maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior maintenance staff
• Should be fully conversant with DGCA & ICAO Annex. -14 compliance.
• Should have airport airside operation experience of minimum 3 yrs
• Experience in handling projects & have experience in preparation of BOQ, Site supervision, project tracking,
• Aware of MORTH specifications
