Job Description
Educational Qualification
Essential:
- 10+2 with valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) Driving License.
- Should possess Basic Firefighting certification from Aviation Fire Training Centre.
- Should Posses valid ADP and Authorization to drive CFT.
Desired:
T echnical / Functional Skills:
- Possess Junior Fire Officers Course Certification from Aviation Fire Training Centre
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- As an On Wheel, shall be responsible to initiate prompt turn out of CFT, drive the CFT safely and at requisite speed to achieve response time of 2 minutes.
- Effective Communication, Communicating the Turn out R/T message as well as the reporting R/T message of CFT shall be the responsibility of On Wheel CFT.
- Efficiency in handling Turret and side panel operations, During firefighting, Roof/Bumper Turret Operation and Panel operation to support side line and DCP operation shall be the core responsibility. He shall function as a Panel Operator when Side line or DCP operation is necessary.
- Alertness when maintaining CFT stand by.
- Perform Serviceability and Inventory check of CFT, record the observations in respective log books and communicate the observations to the In-charge CFT. , Operational checks of Equipment s/Appliances as per schedule.
- Optimum and judicious use of extinguishing media shall be a key result area expected from the role.
- Complete all designated trainings in stipulated time.
- Maintain Mental and Physical Fitness.
