Job Description
- Plan and execute day to day procurement and logistics tasks with store in-charge, project managers & customers.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in general operations including procurement, logistics, vendor development and inventory management.
- Has managed critical operational processes with SLA responsibility.
- Conducting regular cost control/reduction program, vendor selection/evaluation programs, quality improvement drives.
- Preparing procurement plan and tracking operational efficiency on regular basis.
- Skilled in collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with all the stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidates will possess :
- BE/BCA/MBA, Certification in process excellence (PMI, Lean, Six Sigma, Logistics Management).
- MBA in operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil or Telgu is a big plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- It is a customer facing role that requires working 6 days a week.
