Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling
  • Identify potential customers through market research and databases.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and convert them into prospects.
  • Follow up on inquiries received through online platforms, emails, and website queries.
  • Sales Conversion & Business Development
  • Engage potential clients through persuasive communication and pitch the company's products/services.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Set up virtual or physical meetings for senior sales representatives if required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business opportunities.
  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure conversion through regular engagement.
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, conversations, and sales outcomes in CRM software.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on call performance, lead conversions, and sales progress.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead qualification and promotional activities.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Market Awareness & Competitor Analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferably B.Sc Graduate).
  • Additional certification in Sales or Telesales will be an advantage.
  • Experience:1-3 years of experience in telesales, business development, or inside sales (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Experience in the chemical industry or industrial sales is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in using CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to handle objections effectively.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Preferred Work Location:
  • Office-based or hybrid (depending on company policy).
  • Candidates with prior experience in B2B sales will be given preference.
