Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage banquet sales for events for events, conferences ,weddings and other functions.
• Maintain accurate records of clients interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and market research.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-6 years of experience in banquet sales or hospitality sales
• Preferably Non-Bengali candidates
• Strong communications skills for effective client interaction
• Proficiency in sales and marketing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and processes.
• Knowledge in MS Office / Excel / Power point
