Role Overview:
As an HR executive at Chemtex Speciality Limited, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing primarily on non-IT positions (Technical Sales, Back office, Tender, Accounts, Admin, Logistics etc.). You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Additionally, you will be involved in various HR operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees in coordination with the HR team and department managers.
Handle employee relations issues and guide employees as needed.
Support the HR team in various operational tasks.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven 1 - 3 years of work experience as an HR recruiter.
Robust experience in technical sales hiring.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates from job consultancy background are preferred.
