Position: Executive-Administration & Accounts

Location: Hyderabad, Hubsiguda

Employment type - Contractual

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to successfully handle customer queries.
• To attend calls/ make calls / draft emails and gather required information
• Must have good knowledge of preparing Quotations, Invoices and processing of Purchase order.
• Knowledge of Stock Inventory
• Knowledge of Tally
• Will be Responsible for daily, weekly and month-end account activities including accounts receivables and payables
• Responsible for managing the vendors and the bill payments
• Will be responsible for maintaining branch petty cash account
• Coordination with Head offices / branch offices on Quotations, Invoicing,
  Delivery, Logistics, Taxation etc.
• Handling company correspondence & reports independently
• Payment follow-up with customers
• Manage office space
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must possess a positive attitude and a team player.
• To upload the invoice to customer portal for payment process.
• SFDC Service Cloud activities.

Salary: 3 to 5 lakhs per annum.

Experience : 3 to 7 years

Industry : Pharma / Biotech / Clinical Research

Education : Commerce Graduate

Desired Skills & Experience

• Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work effectively with other team members
• Should be well versed with MS Excel and the latest version of Tally ERP
• Experience working with E-Com, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing or any product-based company is preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience of 3 to 7 years in the similar roll
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Commerce or relevant field
