Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate and systematic records. This role requires proficiency in Tally Prime and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bank Entries and Reconciliation:
• Record and maintain all bank transactions in Tally Prime.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Credit Card Entries:
• Process and record credit card transactions in a timely manner.
• GST and TDS Compliance:
• Record GST input entries accurately.
• Handle timely payments of GST and TDS, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.
• Systematic Record Keeping:
• Maintain proper and systematic records of all financial transactions for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Purchase Entries:
• Record and manage all purchase transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Payments:
• Process domestic and foreign payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
