Healthcare and Cathlab Purchase Payment and Other work

• Audited Healthcare and Cathlab purchase invoice entries in Tally.
• Filling of entered purchase bills.
• Prepare a vouchers of entered purchase invoice.
• Ensure accuracy of ESC Sheet.
• Do the Email to the bank for final Payment.
• Sending payment advice / payment voucher to vendors.

Bank Reconciliation Research and Healthcare

• Confirm vendor payment done or not, if done mention payment date in tally in vendors tally account daily.

Healthcare Income report entry and maintain cash book daily

• Transfer Income report from ECW.
• Entry of cash deposit in tally.
• Do the entry of payment received from the patient through Credit card payment, phone pay payment, cheque payment or payment received from TPA Company in tally.
• Cashbook entries cross check with income report on daily basis.

Checking ECS Excel sheet of healthcare and cathlab party payment, Dr. Share and Professional payments

• Cross verification of payment and bank details in payment sheet prepared by executive and sent for further payment.

As per ECW Cathlab Consignment usage purchase and tally purchase maintain monthly

• Export purchase report from ECW.
• Cross verify with tally purchase entries.
• If not verify usage with tally purchase than inform to Head Account.

Cathlab bill verify with ECW print bill

• Cross verify product used for patient treatment with product name, amount and quantity with cathlab store consumption entries done in ECW with vendor bill.

Maintain quarterly party ledger and tally ledger

• Ask account ledger from vendors and cross verify with tally purchase entry quarterly

Prepare trustee bills and maintain sheet monthly

• Prepare excel sheet of outstanding bills of medicine or treatment acquire by trustees or by reference of trustees.
• Forward the details to trustees for payment.

Maintain TPA and other company sheet

• Prepare and outstanding patient bill list monthly.
• Forward the details to Head Account for further recovery.

Auditor Compliance

• Coordinate with internal auditors regarding bill queries if raised any

Reconciliation of Healthcare Purchase bill in tally and ECW

• Export the report of healthcare purchase from ECW in excel sheet and verify with tally purchase entries monthly.
• In case of query inform Head Account.

Making Daily Bank balance statement sheet

• Check current balance in individual banks accounts.
• Maintain excel sheet of daily current Bank balance.
• Submit to Head Accounts.
