Account Executive

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Dhampure Speciality Sugars Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Raw material & stock purchase update, adjustment & payments.
2. GST Match / actual Stock / physical stock at all locations.
3. Managing cheque payments across all bank accounts.
4. Preparation and presentation of Fund Flow statements.
5. Accurate recording of manufacturing entries.
6. Handling purchase bill entries for all branches, including quantity/quality checks, payment, and reconciliation.
7. Facilitating the approval process for purchase bills.
8. Conducting regular checks on GSTR 2B GST Input across all branches.
9. Verification, Approval, and Payment of Logistic Bills
10. Filing GSTR 3B for all branches in a timely and accurate manner.
11. Managing branch tallying and internal branch transfers (delivery challan, Receipt Note).
12. Accurate recording of TDS entries.
13. Handling bank entries for all receipts across various banks of DSSL.
14. Conducting online GST credit checks for 2B credit.
15. Processing and managing credit notes.
16. Generate and manage commission invoices for online portals such as: Jiomart, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, and others
17. Accurately inputting sales reports for GSTR1, covering all GST numbers and warehouses.
18. Handle Payment Adjustment - HandsOntrade, Metro Cash & Carry, Vv Branch Tally DSSL all branch / internal branch transfer(delivery Scootsy logistics, Kiranakart, Avenue supermart, Horeca and remaining all

Required Candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Skills:

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
