Assistant Manager-Engg. & Maint.

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordination with in-charge of work projects for the construction, renovation and ongoing maintenance of Dr. Jivraj Mehta Hospital.
• Responsibilities include the regular inspection of the Hospital for any repair or maintenance purposes. Liaison is maintained with all departments to ensure that their support service needs are met in these areas.
• Work is performed with considerable independence in accordance with prescribed rules and regulations.
• Administrative supervision is exercised over maintenance junior level staff.
• Regular Audit of Electrical System as per set criteria by the Hospital Safety committee.
• Handling of horticulture related issue and take routinely measure to upkeep.
• Handling of Plumbing related issues and take routinely measure to upkeep.
• Handling of HV-AC related issues and take routinely measure to upkeep.
• Handling of electricity related issues and take routinely measure to upkeep.
• Active Participation in safety committee as per laid down guidelines by the hospital management.
• Maintenance & Updating of electrical layout plan of the Hospital.
• Maintenance & Updating of Plumbing layout plan of the Hospital.

Any other roles or responsibility Assigned by the Hospital Management as per the trend or requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having relevant experience from relevant industries will be more preferred.
