Job Description
- Handling customer queries, providing chat, voice, and email support.
- Conducting surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
- Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution.
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Escalating users unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
- English and Hindi language proficiency (written and spoken).
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
