Job Description
- Develop and execute a B2C sales strategy to meet revenue goals.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C sales and leadership roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in CRM software, and sales analytics.
- Proven leadership and managerial experience, including the ability to manage and lead a team of at least 6 members.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and utilize advanced functions.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies.
- Experience managing and developing inside sales teams.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, with 3+ years in leadership.
