Chalo - Recruiter - Tech/Non Tech (2-5 yrs)

At Chalo, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and implement effective strategies to attract and retain the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Run end to end recruitment process

2. Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide insights on hiring trends.

4. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through social media and networking events.

5. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, track key hiring metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).

2. Understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, etc.).

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
