Role: Senior US Technical Recruiter
Work Location: Hyderabad
Work Schedule: (PST hours)
Salary: 15 to 20 LPA (confidential from candidates)
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of Recruiting for Software Engineering (Java, .Net, Python, C++, Embedded), Data Engineering, and Infrastructure Engineering skills.
- Prior experience recruiting for IT/Technical, Engineering, Infrastructure, Networking, and Professional categories.
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging with hard-to-find candidates in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work in high job order volume/fast-paced environment and take ownership of the requirements assigned.
- Exceptional professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Performs duties including attracting, screening, and recruiting candidates.
- Assists managers and supervisors in selecting the most qualified candidates.
- Engage and build pipelines of viable talent.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies with the team.
- Source hard-to-find, niche, and diverse candidates utilizing creativity with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, events, etc.
