Position Summary: Savvysoft Technologies is seeking versatile US Staffing Leads to support and grow our candidate community in the US Staffing domain.
Responsibilities:.
- Receive & analyze client job descriptions based on various factors as provided.
- Source resumes for team and self through various Job Portals Like Dice, Monster, carrier Builder and other sources.
- Liaise with Clients, if required for seeking clarity in requirements, submissions, interviewing & on-boarding.
- Contact self and team candidates and qualify them for Availability, Pay rate, Location & Visa type.
- Probe candidates on Skills Vs experience, & match them to the provided job description.
- Probe candidates current / pervious project responsibilities for every listed project.
- Probe candidates on their commitment towards the opportunity.
- Negotiate and freeze pay rates with appropriate documentation.
- Input appropriate information along with candidate resume in the ATS.
- Format resumes according to client's requirements.
- Coordinate interview calls for the shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in completion of appropriate paperwork before on boarding.
- Maintain daily & Weekly targets by ensuring Commitment and Integrity.
- Submit quality candidate for our clients various vertical Projects.
- Build relationship with a stock-in-trade approach for faster turnaround times & reusability.
- Manage individual metrics to identify areas of improvement and for course corrections.
- Participate in regular meetings to provide updates and seek clarity for hard requirements.
Requirements:.
- University / college degree, with 12+ years of industry relevant experience.
- Experience in US Staffing Delivery.
- Exposure to various IT & Non IT Technologies, Domains and Functional areas.
- Experience in identifying, qualifying, evaluating and negotiating with candidates.
- Should have extensively worked in VMS/MSP model recruitment.
- Exposure to multiple VMS and navigation techniques.
- Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills to manage the Candidate.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts.
