US On-boarding Specialist

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an On-boarding Specialist (US Staffing) at VIVA-IT India. The On-boarding Specialist will be responsible for candidate and client on-boarding, utilising analytical and communication skills to ensure smooth transitions. The role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate the on-boarding process effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years' experience in US On-boarding & compliance process.

Work Location: Coimbatore (Work from office - US Shift - 7 PM to 4 AM IST)

Must have - Experience in US On-boarding and compliance process

* Interpersonal Skills and Communication

* Good experience in US Candidate On-boarding & Compliance experience

* Experience in US Staffing or HR Operations like I9 Verification, Drug test, document collection & verification.

* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
