Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding process for new hires, including background screening, document verification, and W2/C2C setup.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
  
• Conduct BGV (Background Verification) checks to verify candidate's employment history and credentials.
  
• Ensure compliance with US regulations related to onboarding processes.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in US Onboarding Specialist role or similar position.
  
• Strong understanding of Background Screening, Document Verification, and W2/C2C processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
